A major regulatory change to the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) has now come into effect.
As of August 2025, new cybersecurity requirements apply to a wide range of products connected to the internet, including medical devices, smart home devices, wearables, toys, and other products that fall under the Radio Equipment Directive.
